They saw her coming! If I could give this dealership zero stars I would but the lowest I could go was one star. My sister had a completely awful experience with this deal If I could give this dealership zero stars I would but the lowest I could go was one star. My sister had a completely awful experience with this dealership.. After completing her purchase and choosing all the accessories she wanted and signing her paperwork she returned two days later to pick up her vehicle. Only to find out That the accessories that she had requested had not been put on the vehicle But an additional $4500 worth of accessories had been ordered and partially installed. A $1200 fee was charged for something called resistall which is some special coating on the exterior And interior. They installed a $999 car starter, that didn’t work and had ordered her over $2000 worth of other accessories. When she approached the sales person and the financial person to advise them that she did not order these items they informed her that unfortunately it was too late for them to do anything, As the car starter had already been installed and the resist all had already been applied, and the other two items had already been ordered. The only honest person she had any dealings with was a woman named Susan who was the person who was responsible for helping her order the accessories she actually wanted. When my sister told me about the circumstance I called the sales manager (Fayz) who then referred us to the business manager a gentleman named Daniel. While he was able to remove much of the accessories she did not order he was unable to assist in giving her any relief on this special coating as he stated it’s already been applied. I don’t know how these people sleep at night!!?? shame on them for taking advantage of people like my sister. God knows how many of them are out there. I will never return to Boch Toyota South and I will never refer anybody there . As a sidenote when she picked up her car they did not orient her to it at all, they did not clean it, and there was no owners manual available to her. They told her to view the Internet to find out how things work in her car! More
