The vehicle I requested was not available on-site or through their normal channels, but they took the time to ensure it would be delivered as quickly as possible. The process took about 2 months, but I was kept up to date on the progress by our salesman Nicholas Andreoli and once the car arrived the deal was closed quickly. Nicholas spent a generous amount of time with us explaining the features of the new car and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The deal was also helped along by the sales manager Fayiz Zereikat and the business manager Clayton Zak, both of whom were a pleasure to work with. Sales Process and Delivery Very Slow, Price too High Vehicle they quoted a price for online 2 days earlier was not available for my appointment. Salesperson had to fill out several forms by hand and there was way too much back and forth with manager to get final deal. Deal was much higher than expected and total time spent on sale was over 5 hours. When I picked up vehicle 2 days later had to wait over 2 1/2 hours for vehicle to be ready and they did not complete inspection before I left. They told me to have inspection done in 7 days and they would reimburse me. Overall a very bad experience and left me wondering if I should ever buy from them again. In 2017 my purchase went much more smoothly and was a much better deal. What happened?? More
