I went in with my 2008 jeep with just a few questions, asking Felicia things like what would be my best options; trade in, keep it, wait a little, trade today, etc. She literally had all of the answers. She is not only professional and truly caring to each individual client but she is charismatic and GENUINE. It's not every day that you go to a car dealership and get matched up with a sales person who truly cares to help you more than to help themselves. I appreciate Felicia still to this day and whatever questions I have I can still call her personally on her cell phone and she directs me to the right place for help. She made my buying experience a breeze plus I got to enjoy her conversation and friendly etiquette while I waited for all of the fun paperwork that comes along with buying a vehicle :) She made it enjoyable and I've never experienced that before. I literally walked in with a 2008 Jeep at 3pm and walked out with a new one just a few hours later! She is the best of the best, fresh faced and her work ethic is 150% - dedicated like no other.
