Horrible. Oil change was not performed when car was return, i had to point out that i mark my filter and tbe same filter was still in place, that s when Felipe Oil change was not performed when car was return, i had to point out that i mark my filter and tbe same filter was still in place, that s when Felipe quicly brought the car back to service and have them do it.when i got home oil was over filled. Worst service experience ever. Service technicians kept car for a week and could not pinpoint electrical problem. Truck was returned unfixed. Afterwards, a third party technician (nit at dealer) diagnosed and fixed electrical problem, which turned out to be a simple blown fuse. Stellantis should retrain entire service team at Kendall Dodge, otherwise the incompetence of this dealership will cause irreparable brand damage within its territory. More

I needed a battery replacement and he said it wasn't covered under warranty. He gave me an outrageous quote and I told him I couldn't afford that and would have to probably buy the battery somewhere els covered under warranty. He gave me an outrageous quote and I told him I couldn't afford that and would have to probably buy the battery somewhere else. He insisted I shouldn't do that but there was nothing he could do. Just before leaving a different worker ( young blonde guy) was so nice and asked me if I had gotten that battery replaced before, to look into that. I went back to Felipe and asked him to check. He came back and told me I had actually had it replaced less than a year ago and my replacement was covered. When I asked him why he didn't offer this solution before he said he explored all avenues, which was clearly not accurate. On top of everything he wasn't very welcoming or thrilled to be there. I understand we all go through things but i think you have to understand that you're holding a position to help people and try to resolve whatever is in your hands. I was fortunate that someone else suggested I looked into that, I almost think he held back that information intentionally perhaps for the sale. I can't believe while working in this day in and day out he wouldn't explore ANY possibilities to help me . Nevertheless, my car is perfectly fine now and I will still go there but I hope this review serves a purpose for management. More
