I’ve brought my car into this Chrysler Dodge Ram dealership more than once for the same issue, and while that’s never ideal, I’ve consistently been treated with kindness and professionalism. One thing I’ve really appreciated is that I never have to worry about dealing with warranty details—they’ve always taken care of everything for me. My service advisor, Francisco Felipe, has been excellent. He keeps me updated on progress each time, and during my most recent visit he even arranged a rental car, which made a big difference. I do have two small complaints: repairs have taken a bit longer than originally promised, and the car tends to come back quite dirty after being worked on. Still, I’m hopeful that the issue has finally been resolved once and for all, and that I won’t need to return anytime soon. Overall, despite the setbacks, the staff’s kindness and support have made the experience much easier. More
