I found out about Baker Nissan through the Car Pro website and this dealership meets the stringent requirements to be associated with CarPro. I had previously gone to a different dealership but left website and this dealership meets the stringent requirements to be associated with CarPro. I had previously gone to a different dealership but left after a test drive on a new 2014 Pathfinder with a feeling that all he really wanted was to close the deal, and if we weren't ready to deal that day he was moving on to another customer. I also considered the Hyundai Santa Fe, but was dissapointed that the 2014 model was not out yet. After Chris Godwin the general manager contacted me via email and we chatted over the phone, I felt right away that this was going to be a good car buying experience and my feelings were justified. He did not have the exact vehicle I was looking for, but had it available at the other dealership. Over the phone, he gave me a fair price for my trade in and a bottom line price for the new pathfinder. He had it trucked in on Monday and we test drove it on Wednesday. Mr. Godwin turned us over to the very capable hands of Rod Deason, our salesman, and when Mr. Godwin arrived at the dealership (he was off the property when we arrived but he had already informed me that he would be gone and when he would be back), he came over and introduced himself to both me and my husband and also made us feel quite welcome. Back to Rod Deason. Rod's product knowledge is unsurpassed. I have never worked with a salesman that knew his product so well. It was apparant that he reads the manuals also, as he was up to date on the 2014 service schedule (oil changes, etc). He spent a good deal of time with us on the front end even before the deal was closed, making sure we knew about how to access programming features, where all the buttons were to push to adjust mirrors, seats, etc. and was quite thorough with all the features of the car during the test drive. After we decided to buy the car, He spent 4 hours with us off and on, making sure that all the necessary paperwork was taken care of, and informing us of when we would be going in to finance, then telling us clearly what the next steps in our journey was. Carl Baker was pleasant and courteous when working with us on our trade in. We were well taken care of by Felipe Rodriguez in finance - he made the process (which is tedious at best) as quick as possible and we were on our way. He was pleasant and professional as well. We were turned back to Rod, who walked us through the last steps of introducing us to the new vehicle - he paired my bluetooth phone to the system, showed us how the remotes worked, went through every last inch of the vehicle and made sure we were satisfied with the vehicle before we left the property. He also made sure I had his contact information so I can call with any questions or issues. Rod also took us to the service department and gave us a quick tour, and also introduced us to the folks in that department. Overall, from the very nice lady (sorry I do not remember her name) who greeted us at the door when we first arrived, to all the people who work at Baker Nissan, my husband's and mine overall impression is that this is a professional operation and the people enjoy working here as well. The vehicle was spotless when it was delivered to us. It is usually the little things that give me an idea of how well a business is run - happy looking and friendly employees, people following through with what they say they are going to do, employees treating us professionally. I am totally satisfied with Baker Nissan and will recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle, and let them know Rod will certainly make the process enjoyable. My wife and I purchased a new Nissan Pathfinder yesterday from Baker Nissan North. The purchasing experience was one that caught us off guard in that we had never experienced a more professional, courteous, from Baker Nissan North. The purchasing experience was one that caught us off guard in that we had never experienced a more professional, courteous, and customer caring environment / treatment than we got at this dealership. From a car salesperson's perspective, I'm sure that I am not the easiest customer to satisfy as I research my purchase as thoroughly as I can, plan my purchase strategy and come prepared to undergo a very uncomfortable / stressful negotiation to get the best deal possible. In past automobile purchasing occasions, I knew that I would have to be thoroughly prepared to expect non-professional treatment, uncomfortable negotiations and lack of total honesty from each person involved in the purchase process. I can truthfully say this did not occur at the Baker Nissan North dealership. The salesperson (Rod Deason) was excellent by being persistent from the start in ensuring we knew what we were purchasing, the options available to us, that all of our questions were honestly / thoroughly / courteously answered and that we were happy with our purchase. Several times my wife and I changed our minds on significant aspects of the automobile being purchased and not one time did Rod act exasperated or say / do anything to show impatience with us. Instead, he kept saying that he wanted to ensure we were happy with our purchase and would do all he could to make it so. He did. In fact, we were treated very courteously even from others not involved in the purchase from helping me find an available personal computer for me to briefly use to ensuring we had plenty of coffee / water to drink or a comfortable place to sit, etc. I would be remiss in not commenting on the professional and courteous treatment to me and my wife demonstrated by Chris Godwin (General Sales Manager). He was very fair on the automobile's pricing and worked to personally ensure we were being taken care of to our satisfaction throughout the whole purchasing process. This was a refreshing and unique treatment that we had never been exposed to before. It was greatly appreciated! Felipe Rodriguez (Business Manager) also did a great job in working with my wife and me to understand the purchase agreement documents, warranties and payment options available to us. He clearly answered our questions and also treated us very professionally and courteously. Overall, this is a class group of automobile sales professionals that my wife and I never expected to encounter in an automobile dealership during our automobile purchase. Blew us away! Before actually reviewing the folks at Baker Nissan, some context is warranted to fully understand the value of a friendly and knowledgeable staff and the difference they can make. I was browsing vehicles at Baker Jackson (as suggested by my wife) to see if anything "caught my eye" before actually heading over to the other dealer where I was planning on purchasing a vehicle. We had bought our previous vehicle here, so we stopped by since it was in our way. From the time the sales man "Iggy" brought out the vehicle to test drive, I was impressed by his grasp of the mechanical features of the vehicle and the fact that he took the time to actually explain them to me. Going back to his desk to discuss pricing, everything started falling into place and he made sure that a deal was possible by entertaining my offer and taking it back to the manager. Even the manager took a moment out of what seemed to be a hectic day, to walk over and discuss some minor details. Needless to say, I decided that the value was very enticing and decided to purchase the vehicle without further thought. The final step in the process was dealing with the finance manager, and he too was as straightforward as could be expected. He made what is typically a very tedious process, seamless and short. I was surely one of the last customers of the day, but he treated me with the same courtesy and politeness as if I was his first in the day. More

This was my third Nissan purchased from Baker Nissan North over the last three years. This experience was great as all of them have been. My salesman was Alvaro Martinez, or "AL" for short. AL was there to greet us and it was obvious that he really cares about what he is doing, and pays attention to detail. This is hard to find in the sales business, and his attention made all the difference in what could have been a stressful sale, but was a relaxing experience. AL listened to what we wanted, then quietly and quickly made it happen. Our finance Rep Felipe Rodriguez offered to stay late so we could get the deal complete so we didn't have to come back another day and interrupt our busy schedules. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and every visit to this dealer has always been great. Just tell them what you need in a vehicle and how you want to finance and they will make it happen. This is how it should be done, and it's how they do it! More

My wife and I have now bought our last 4 vehicles from Baker Nissan. We are treated fairly and they've worked with us on price.
