My experience of purchasing a RAV4 Prime with Toyota of Lancaster was extremely pleasant. The internet sale manager, Felipe Torres, assisted me in finding the right car based on the specifications that I p Lancaster was extremely pleasant. The internet sale manager, Felipe Torres, assisted me in finding the right car based on the specifications that I provided and sent me pictures and descriptions. Due to the automotive chip shortage, Felipe had to check new arrival frequently and work with me swiftly to reserve a RAV4 Prime. In general, it takes 5 months to acquire a RAV4 Prime. Felipe was able to close the deal around 2 months. Once I arrived at Toyota of Lancaster, I tested the reserved RAV4 Prime to confirm the car met my expectation. All paperwork, including the car loan, was ready within 2 hours. Felipe explained the car features, showed me how to use each button in the car, synced the Toyota app, and showed me how to control the digital screen. Thank you! More
