I grew up in the Automotive Industry. After college in 1990 I started in Automotive Services Industry. I started with Ford in 1996. Having been a Reserve Police Officer in 2005 I transitioned to full-time Law Enforcement. I served a total 22 years in Law Enforcement in North Texas. In 2017 I returned to the Automotive Industry, and have been with Sam Pack's Five Star Ford Dallas for 7 years. I am a Ford Motor Company Master Certified Service Advisor. I pride myself in automotive technology, transparency, clarity, integrity all to an end of creating and keeping a satisfied, well-informed service client.

Your web page sucks. Tried to cancel and change an appointment but it didn't work. So I had to call and a human being helped to change the date. I've written web pages since 1995 when there were only 45 million users and we had to use 14 kbps modems so pages had to be very succinct, simple, etc. You have too much clutter for people who are trying to make a simple service appointment.
