Five star ford is very quick to make sure the customers know that Ford is Ford and the Dealership is not Ford. Seems interesting when pressing on the Ford Dealer about a service deal / issue they want to know that Ford is Ford and the Dealership is not Ford. Seems interesting when pressing on the Ford Dealer about a service deal / issue they want to delineate they are not Ford and ask me the customer to call a Ford customer service line that is useless and that’s being polite. So 5 star ford dealer finds the issue with my F 150 and it’s an expensive warranty repair and Ford Manufactor drags their feet in allowing the repair. Due to the costly repair needed the engineers at ford must approve since the ASC mechanics at 5 star ford apparently are not good enough or not trusted by Ford. One should really think of buying a Ford is worth the hassle. Apparently Ford Dealership are different than Ford manufacturers when a problem arises. More

However, after reaching out to Jerry and the management team, everything was handled with care and professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was properly repaired and that I felt confident in the work done. I especially appreciated the transparency, they took the time to walk me through the repairs, even putting my car on the lift so I could see everything firsthand. That level of reassurance meant a lot. While the situation was challenging, the way it was handled truly reflected their commitment to customer care. I took my truck in for service for an oil leak. What they didn’t know is that I had already crawled under the truck to find the source. But, again, I had already verified the leak was nowhere near the drain plug and was coming from the front of the engine. They didn’t even do a real evaluation before seeing the aftermarket drain plug and assuming that was the issue. More
