Femi to the rescue! I purchased a new SUV at this dealership last month and had it not been for Femi Osewa this would not have been a 5 star review! I need to point out t I purchased a new SUV at this dealership last month and had it not been for Femi Osewa this would not have been a 5 star review! I need to point out that Femi was NOT my sales rep, who made the sale and got the commission. Rather had it not been for Femi this would have been zero stars! Although I received a call 4 hours before I came in from my sales associate telling me that my car was all prepped and ready for pick up, when I finally arrived later the car was visibly dirty, still had a strip of plastic on the entire roof of the SUV (that I would never had noticed had I not come with a tall person!), had a chip in the paint, was missing the registration sticker in the window (which surely would have been a ticket for me the next day) and I found out the next day had a huge stain in the trunk cargo liner! Femi happened to be walking by and heard me voicing my concerns with the sales associate, who was insisting he couldn't do anything for me, and immediately took over. He himself got touch up paint and fixed the chip perfectly, found the registration sticker, & took the car back to detailing and made sure it was properly cleaned on the spot! When I sent him a photo of the trunk stain the next day when I noticed it, he had me come in and got me a new liner. Moral of the story, work with a knowledgeable associate. I highly recommend Femi. Note to Toyota...give him a raise as someone who can get me to write a positive review after an initially horrible experience deserves one! More
