something has changed with stingray and it's NOT a good change. I have bought three new cars from these clowns in the last 3 years. my previous experiences have been perfect. got the car I wanted without a change. I have bought three new cars from these clowns in the last 3 years. my previous experiences have been perfect. got the car I wanted without any trouble. a sales guy might have called 6 months afterwards to check up with me, see if I knew anyone shopping for a car, that sort of thing. When I got my latest car at the start of this year? Nothing but spam! they texted me over and over asking how I liked my car, till I blocked them. Then they emailed over and over. asking me to rate them, asking if I wanted top buy accessories, asking me to refer a friend. I finally emailed asking to be removed from their email list, and they sent me a personal email just to be sure I really wanted to be removed! then they started calling. Finally I answered the phone and said 'i asked you guys to stop emailing, me, what gives?' and the girl got an attitude saying that asking to stop emails and texts doesnt mean they wont call, then she hung up. AND THEY STILL KEEP CALLING. Now I just got another email in my inbox - so they got their wish. I'm reviewing them. Stingray doesnt care about what you want, they only see you as a sales lead. I used to drive 80 miles to get to stingray. Next time I'll go to any other dealership! More
