Dealership would not want to work for customer but for PROFIT only Since my rabates could not be stacked they didn’t even consider my request to look at MSRP or dealer fee for courtesy. We've purchased 2 cars from them in the past with great experiences. Went back for a 3rd car in August, put down a deposit, and it's been nothing but excuses and lies why the car is 3 months late and horri experiences. Went back for a 3rd car in August, put down a deposit, and it's been nothing but excuses and lies why the car is 3 months late and horrible customer "service" (if you can even call it service). When looking for an update on where the xxxx the vehicle was a month later, my husband was told "I have thousands of customers" by Justin the New Car Sales Director. Today, 3 months after the car was to be delivered, we're told it arrived with a dead battery, the GM tech locked the keys in it and killed a modulator, then it had to be towed and so on. This brand new car sounds almost used at this point. The General Manager, John Whaley, said they would not do anything for us or our trade-in to make up for 4 months of issues and it wasn't their fault. ZERO customer service. All this dealership cares about is the sale. Best of luck to them, Stingray has gone DOWN HILL FAST in the 5 years we've been customers. We buy a new car about every 2 years, never again from them! And don't buy a 2023 Black Tahoe Z71 in the near future from them, the car is a lemon and I guarantee you they won't tell you the history on it!!!! Fermin and Mona should be commended for working with such incompetent management!! More

The salesman Robert Bauman was excellent. He took his time and answered all of our question even though they were about to close. Paul from finance made the paperwork transaction easy.
