Fernando was a nice guy, but was not attentive to my follow up to schedule an appointment for upholstery repair and a tire pressure lift that came on as I drove off the lot. I had to reach out multiple times and in many cases did not receive a response until I called the sales desk. It just seemed like he didn’t care to deal with the additional work after the sale was made. I was very disappointed that it took over a week to schedule an appointment. If I had not followed up multiple times I would have never heard from him again. More

Simply their calculated start for a trade -in value started too low on my car that I am choosing to trade in, so basically one can only go up so the feeling of satisfaction when the deal is completed is just average just like most dealers but their warranty sounds good, their offered coverage seems good and the service people are nice so I feel more positive about the future than when I first arrived. I am happy with the one year old car that I purchased. I plan to use the service department at the dealership for most of my future concerns and inspections, location is convenient. More
