OK salesperson. Knowledgeable regarding the product but horrible with communication skills and knowledge of out of state transactions. Rarely returns texts/calls and when he did, minimal communication. No follow-up at all post sale. None! John Cotter never returned emails nor phone calls/voice mails. No communication from management except a canned emailed after sale requesting "How I was enjoying the vehicle?" when the vehicle had not even been delivered yet. Finance was finance but no communication to acknowledge receipt of FedEx documents financing papers. I have yet to receive anything regarding the extended warranty that i purchased. Horrible communication from all parts of the dealership. More

Dishonest dealership. Tried to sell me a Truck that had previous frame modifications, for full price! Luckily I found this out on my own.
