Sales process was great, Luis got us where we needed to be. The detailing service was terrible. They did a terrible job the first time, windows were dirty, stuff between the seats, stuff on the seatbelts, be. The detailing service was terrible. Upon pick up, I still have found stuff wiped on the seatbelts, dirty windows, things under the seats (a pair of very large scissors included). The detailing was not redone, the detailing is less than subpar. They are simply running it through the car wash, if that. I am more than upset about the condition they gave the car to me in. More

It’s been a month and I still don’t have my contracts from the finance guy. He keeps telling me he will send it to me and still…nothing. The listing for the truck was not accurate and I didn’t realiz from the finance guy. He keeps telling me he will send it to me and still…nothing. I would not recommend this dealership at all! More

Frank with Certified Pre-Owned was really easy to work with. His approach provided a good experience in buying a pre-owned vehicle.
