Frank with Certified Pre-Owned was really easy to work with. His approach provided a good experience in buying a pre-owned vehicle. Selection on the lot was broad and had everything we were looking for. with. His approach provided a good experience in buying a pre-owned vehicle. Francisco in Finance was easy to work with and all in all the total experience was about 2.5 hours, which was to be expected buying a vehicle. Financing terms were not to my liking and that is the reason for the star reduction. More

I have been waiting for months for the finance department (Mr. Camacho) to send me a Gap insurance refund. I refinanced my car in May and still have not received my check.
