Overall good I've been going there for service for years since I bought from them in 2009. And generally they do a decent job. The car runs fine. The reason I don't give them an excellent rating is because of the cosmetic things: like when I get a car back and the steering wheel is greasy/oily there are grease stains on the door handle boot scuff marks on the door jamb, dings and scratches on the shifter knob, one time I saw a guy driving my car with a door wide open and stopping an inch short of a wall. scratches on the trunk, possibly when they popped it by mistake, they did buff them out when I asked, but I'd rather they didn't make em in the first place. More
