Huntington Beach Mazda is by far the best location I have been to. I have been receiving services directly from Mazda dealerships since 2016. The customer service at this location is pure luxury. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Fernando in the service department. He was eager and ready to help! Checking in my car was a quick and smooth. There was an issue with the part I needed, he quickly resolved the issue, kept me accurately informed through the entire process, was more than accommodating to me, and extremely considerate of my time. As a woman I am always hesitant of taking my car in to any shop, due to being over charged or told I need to get something fixed when I know it does not need fixing, however, I did not get that experience here, they are genuine and true to their work. This is BY FAR the best automotive experience I have yet to have with Mazda since first buying my car in 2016- 10/10 recommend. THANK YOU FERNANDO AND HUNTINGTON BEACH MAZDA! Amazing employees and even better management! More
