Levent is exceptional. He would text and call me to update me on a car I wanted that was in transit. I bought the car only hours after it arrived at the dealership. Levent was very honest with me and did the best he could to give me a great deal. His customer service is second to none that I have ever experienced at a dealership. He is even in contact with me after the vehicle sale to make sure everything is alright with my purchase. The dealership itself is extremely attentive. I was surprised with the accessory fees, but that is to be expected at every dealership. Time between entering dealership and driving off with the new car was less than 2 hours. That speaks of a perfectly functioning dealership. Overall, I am happy with the sales process that I experienced with Northridge Toyota. More
