The dealership is ok. Your salesman Fernando was excellent. The horrible experience we had was with the finance employee by the name of a Judy Patureau. When we walked in Your salesman Fernando was excellent. The horrible experience we had was with the finance employee by the name of a Judy Patureau. When we walked in to her office we weren’t greeted with a Hello, Good morning or Welcome to Westside Lexus. She just got all the paper and gave us pens to start signing. When we communicated to her that we were going to use our Credit Union that we had already been pre approved she immediately showed her frustration. From there on she was very very rude to us. She had to redo the paperwork twice. Once since we were using our credit union and again when the truck title paper had to show my name first and then my husband second. After traveling 4 hours to buy this vehicle and being at the dealership 4 hrs to get the paperwork we were very tired but we never disrespected her despite the fact that she treated us with so much disrespect that we felt very humiliated and unwanted while in her office. After placing all the paperwork in a large white envelope she placed it on the top of her desk and said “there you go”. Never did she say Thank you for your business, we appreciate your business, have a safe trip home NOTHING. We STRONGLY suggest that she attends a refresher course on customer service. Your dealership looks very nice and clean, top of line dealership. All the employees that were on the floor working at the entrance would smile and greet us. We strongly believe Ms Judy and her attitude will only bring negativity vibes to your future customers. More
