I'd been looking for a used starter car for my teenagers and its hasn't been the easiest until I found Ciocca. I found a fair priced used car, in great condition that drives like new. Fernando really helped make the buying process easy and gave us a lot of information on what Ciocca had to offer including the Ciocca Promise and tips on cosmetic fixes to the car. On top of that he is the most relatable, friendly person. Thank you for your excellent customer service and professional. This was by far the best car buying experience I've had thus far. More

The perks, like free oil changes, were great too. I've bought many cars over the years, but I felt most satisfied buying from Ciocca. However, I wished they had given me more time to consider their add on packages (like discounts on tires). It was brought up right as I was signing on the car, and it didn't give me much time to think about if they were worth the money. The Account Manager did give me an extra day to research it after I asked, to be fair. I just wish it had been brought up earlier. More
