Stay away, do your homework first. Was sold a used car for higher MSRP than new version. Was told it was a great deal. They are focusing on churning sales. Shawn, never heard from you in what I see is a deep break from fair sales practice being sold a used car above a price of a new version and being told how great the deal is. Have escalated to Toyota USA where I see the sales people involved including Prince and the manager as dishonest and therefore will look to warn others. Have reached out to Prince on numerous occcasions and they basically did not dispute I was sold above MSRP for a new car hence is classic disceptive sales. Have consulted with a lawyer and will look to progress on that front as well.
