What a GREAT team! I was looking for a pre-owned Mercedes or BMW. Looked at several BMW dealerships, and the quality of the BMW’s were horrible. The sales people said, you know this is a used car? My last appointment of the day was with Finn Misa at Atlanta Classic Cars. He assured me over the phone that his car was perfect and that Mercedes-Benz wouldn’t certify a car that didn’t meet their criteria. He was absolutely right, the car that I looked at was perfect. We worked together to reach mutual agreement on pricing, Levi in the finance department was great to work with through all the paperwork. Zack was a great delivery person that spent as much time as was needed to get me acclimated to the car, before I took off down the road. BTW- These guys stayed 1.5 after closing to complete the deal, and they never made me feel rushed. Steve Frayle is the manager that oversaw the entire process and was also very helpful. Best Service I have ever had I leased a new SUV and was late leaving the dealer on a Saturday afternoon. When I finally took the time to look at the options list I realized the S I leased a new SUV and was late leaving the dealer on a Saturday afternoon. When I finally took the time to look at the options list I realized the SUV did not have Adaptive Cruise Control. This was a very important feature for me and my husband and we assumed it had it on this model. I called the Dealer Monday Morning and told them and they said no problem. Toussant Green the sales manager and Finn Misa the sales consultant did an outstanding job finding me an SUV with the equipment we wanted - same color and interior etc. We returned the other car and were treated like Gold. They took the time to make sure we were totally happy and left with the new SUV. We are customers for life. Great job! More

Plus during 2 days of negotiations he was also making sure we were comfortable, fed a Finn Misa worked so very hard to help us get the car we wanted. Finn Misa at ACC was absolutely exceptional in all possible ways! Not having bought an MB previously, he took us in hand, had cars ready to show us against our previously advised requirements, spent well over 4 hours taking us through the features of the vehicle, explained all the possible vehicle options and financing, and gave us hard data to back up each decision. We ended up with my wife’s highly preferred vehicle, and he even got us a great price. Have to say the other people at the dealership were absolutely exceptional. There was zero pressure to buy things we did not want, everything was explained over and over again in detail, and every question was answered in detail.
