Santos Cruzado the Internet Sales Manager helped us make our way into the dealership and made us feel right at home where we met with Firas Etkilah the sales consultant. Firas took his time and really took an interest in what we were looking for in a car. He let us test drive and look at the cars we were interested in. If we didn't like a particular car he showed us different options. He really went above and beyond to make sure we found a car we loved. We then came in contact with the David Boratyn the sales manager. He helped come up with quotes that fit our budget and explained the different options we had. We then met with Mike Docuoto the finance manager and although it was getting late he stopped at nothing to make sure we got everything we needed to finalize the car buying process. He willingly stayed late with no complaints and answered any questions we had. Needless to say we had a great and smooth car buying experience. Everyone we came in contact was friendly and willing to help. I would recommend Imperial Cars to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

No Pressure, Fair Price, Great People I had been looking online for a pre- owned GMC Terrain for over two months. I had a wish list of items I wanted in the vehicle and finally found a fe I had been looking online for a pre- owned GMC Terrain for over two months. I had a wish list of items I wanted in the vehicle and finally found a few vehicles that matched. I called Imperial and spoke with Dave Boratyn, Sales Management who was very professional and informative and also 90 miles from my home. I also called three other dealers located much closed to my home, none of whom would move on pricing. I was at the point where I gave up and decided to put purchasing a vehicle on hold for a few months until the prices came down. About a week later, Dave Boratyn called me and informed me that the price of the vehicle I had called him about had been “drastically reduced”, and asked when I could come into see the vehicle. It just so happened I was headed to visit family not far from the dealership and we set-up a day and time to see the vehicle. Upon arrival Dave introduced me to Brian Sceviour, in Sales, we took the vehicle for a test drive and came back to discuss pricing. We agreed on a price I was comfortable with and the rest is history. I worked with Kimberly Jacques, Finance Department to complete all of the paperwork that day. Brian requested a few days to prepare the vehicle for pick-up. Brian met me on the day I picked-up the car and he showed me how everything works: lights, wipers, heat, radio etc. Brian also connected my cell phone to the car!! The entire experience was professional, friendly, comfortable and NO pressure. I have already recommended Brian Sceviour and Imperial Chevrolet to anyone looking for a vehicle…….it is worth driving the distance. More

He showed us the vans and we test drove 2. We decided on the one we wanted. Brian worked with us with our need to roll in a previous loan. We were very relaxed and a pleasant experience working with him. It made the difference for us to decide to purchase a vehicle that night. We were blessed to have his assistance and a new vehicle. Because of the no pressure atmosphere we received we would recommend Imperial cars. Brian showed he cared. More
