dealership change engine on the car but did not bother to install a new drive belt on the car. they installed the old drive belt of the car which is stretched out and now the engine is actually screeching. t install a new drive belt on the car. they installed the old drive belt of the car which is stretched out and now the engine is actually screeching. they never made an attempt to either call me or let me know that they were installing the old belt drive belt of the car on the 2018 Kia soul that I have now. after I got the car the engine began to screech took it back to the dealer which Carla which is the manager there told me that the end you know the belt is using the old belt I'm like. why did they actually use the old belt when in my previous car the 2012 Kia optima had they change about that's part of the engine belt should have been changed. the drive belt should have been changed. he had no answer More

KIA sold me a defective engine. Lester advised to drive the vehicle until something transpires with me and my family. They did not replace my engine , they didn't replace my vehicle Lester advised to drive the vehicle until something transpires with me and my family. They did not replace my engine , they didn't replace my vehicle or provide any proper solutions. Just to keep driving until I experience engine failure. This is the most unethical, unprofessional service I have ever received. I have previously purchased 3 kia's. My future purchases after this awful experience will not be with Kia. The worst company with no resolution. They don't care about your safety, or customer retention. Just to currently Line their pockets. More

Took a two day repair and turned it into an 8 day repair- hardly gave me updates...every update/reason for delay was opposite of the reason they gave the update before- they were just making it up. Good luck...after 10-15 minutes on the phone the receptionist will send them an email on your behalf... I paid a lot ( a lot!), got poor service, horrible communication, and when I went to pick up the car the $4000 bill I had an estimate for in writing had another $500 added onto it...I had to negotiate with the service people for 45 minutes to get the bill that they promised...first they removed $300, then another $100...then they said it was $27 more ( for no reason)... just trying to take advantage of people who won't stand up for themselves. Ouch. More
