ON MY LAST VISIT FEB 14TH FOR OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION THEY FORGOT TO TOP THE FLUIDS ON MY CAR AND APPLY STICKER TO OIL CHANGE DID THEY ACTUALLY PERFORM WHAT I PAID FOR? FIN ADEYEYE needs to be applauded for his excellence and the way he cares for Kia service clients. I was so extremely impressed with his high level of professionalism, the way he ensured that I underst the way he cares for Kia service clients. I was so extremely impressed with his high level of professionalism, the way he ensured that I understood what was going on with the servicing of my car, and ensuring I was comfortable while I waited. I recently visited Greenway Kia East for an oil change, and while the service was quick (almost 2 hours) and the staff was friendly, I had an issue with one of the salespeople. They were persistent in tryi and while the service was quick (almost 2 hours) and the staff was friendly, I had an issue with one of the salespeople. They were persistent in trying to get me to trade in my vehicle or upgrade, even asking about my payment details. It made me uncomfortable and took away from the overall positive experience. However, the oil change itself was done efficiently, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the waiting area. I’d return for service, but I hope the sales pressure is toned down in the future. More
