My service advisor, Fin was friendly, quick, and professional. I brought my car in for a 30k mile standard service and their inspection revealed issues with my front tires that they also fixed (afte professional. They also gave me a free car wash and replaced the battery in my key fob. I'm very happy with the experience. More

I had a special parts order. I scheduled an 8:00am appointment for a Friday to take care of this. I dropped my car off Thursday night to ensure my car would be seen. I had to reach out to them, around 11:45am and they claimed they “missed” my vehicle that was parked right out front of the service area. They delayed my repair. The service was not taken care of. I had to pick my car up on a Saturday, used multiple Ubers in the mean time which cost me more money. They ultimately did not have “TIME” to diagnose my car and fix it correctly. The refunded me, which is nice, however they wasted my time and did not fix the issue. I will NEVER take my car back to this dealership. More

He was very helpful got me what I wanted and then some. He was very attentive and very easy going to work with. I only went to them this time because I had to due to a specialty bulb replacement. The new Service Advisor, Fin, was good, but my previous 2 visits were not at all satisfactory. Additionally, this facilit specialty bulb replacement. The new Service Advisor, Fin, was good, but my previous 2 visits were not at all satisfactory. Additionally, this facility now charges 3% for using a credit card; fortunately I had enough cash with me when I saw the sign at the cashier desk. (When you book an appointment online, nothing about this is indicated.) The last time I was there they would not accept cash. (I do not use a debit card because if compromised the thief would have direct access to my bank account.) And they rob you of $4.99 for a "record storage fee" at every visit. I have dealt with this facility since 2008 and they used to be great! But now I use my local mechanic whenever possible. More
