Flavio was very friendly and honest with us. We felt no pressure at all in buying our used Jeep. My husband and I, both in our fortys, and have bought several cars in the past, but this was by far the leas pressure at all in buying our used Jeep. My husband and I, both in our fortys, and have bought several cars in the past, but this was by far the least stressful, and most pleasant experience we have ever had at at a car dealership. We were not really sure what we wanted except that a new vehicle was needed for our family. Flavio helped us chose a great vehicle that will meet our needs, and was very patient in answering our many questions. More

worst buying experience yet! I called about a used Corvette and told them i wanted to trade my car and purchase the Vette they had on the lot. They wouldn't give me an out the door price over the phon Corvette and told them i wanted to trade my car and purchase the Vette they had on the lot. They wouldn't give me an out the door price over the phone! I told them i lived far away and it wouldn't be worth the drive unless I had a ballpark what they would sell it for (not the 4k over list they advertised, but i understand they need to make money) When i finally got a number out of them i said I'll be there in a couple hours and if the car check out i will take it. After 20min of trying to convince the salesman i wasn't shopping for a payment and that i just wanted a bottom line price and that he wasn't going to run my credit (financing was already secured)the sales manager finally came to me with this stupid four square box with terms and monthly payment in each box. He said with a smile "your new car is waiting, just pick on of these and we'll get you out fast!" I asked how many times do i need to tell you I'm only making one payment but you haven't given me a price yet. I know a lot of idiots fall for your game but I'm not one and left. He of course followed me out and to make a long story short offered a price 9k over the price quoted on the phone!! More

Flavio is great to work with, and he's backed up by a great dealership. I traded in a used car on another used car. Flavio quickly caught on to exactly what I was looking for, so no time was wasted there great dealership. I traded in a used car on another used car. Flavio quickly caught on to exactly what I was looking for, so no time was wasted there. Then my trade-in's value was better than I'd expected. I had done the internet research and previously dealt with another dealer so felt I had reasonable expectations. Greenway beat my reasonable expectation. The car I bought is clean and running perfectly. That price was also better than the other dealer, on an almost identical vehicle. I was happy with everthing and was off the lot in a different car all in one afternoon. If you're looking for a car in the Orlando area (I was 50 miles away), go to Greenway Dodge Chrysler Jeep and ask for Flavio. More

This dealership is the WORST I've ever been to. It's been 2 months since I bought my used Jeep and I have yet to receive my tag. Chris, our salesman was a nice guy, however was quickly over powered by the "t 2 months since I bought my used Jeep and I have yet to receive my tag. Chris, our salesman was a nice guy, however was quickly over powered by the "top salesman" ( I forgot his name ) who was pushy and rude to my husband & i. We had no intentions of coming back, but the price was too good to pass up. Now, I wish we would have paid extra, maybe we'd be satisfied with our new vehicle and not have the problems that we're having now getting ahold of someone! I have been hung up on when calling, the receptionists are rude & need to be fired. My husband mis military, US Army- and you would think we would have been treated better than how we're being treated, but of course not! I do NOT recommend anyone who would like to keep their sanity to come to this dealership! More

I have gone car shopping in the past at the Greenway dealers, used to the always pressured, shark tactics, no big deal its expected. Since Bill Heard fell they are working hard to be the worst deale dealers, used to the always pressured, shark tactics, no big deal its expected. Since Bill Heard fell they are working hard to be the worst dealer in CFL My wife is pregant, looking for something to replace her car. I have been looking at 99-04 Jeep Cherokees, on and off over the months. I come across this... http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...standard=false and get to this page http://www.autotrader.com/dealers/dd...arch_type=both It was listed front and center, looks like they removed it since I bitched them out this morning. Either way 2000 Jeep Cherokee 4.0 Inline 6, 70k miles $5k cash. Last night, Labor Day I call ~7pm, I call internet sales people. I ask is this vehicle still availible? They said yes it is. I confirm, stock number, year, color, make/model and miles, and price. He says they have it all. I ask the color of the interior. He says "I will have to run out and check, give me info and I will call you back." I give info... 10 min later get a call, "yeah the interior is gray." I ask what are there hours, I am in Daytona I can bee ther in about 1 hour, and will likely buy it, just need to look it over some. Guy says, "well we might be closing up early might want to have get in contact with us so you can check it out over the next few days." This should have been my red flag, what car dealer closes early on a holiday weekend, what dealer turns away a potential buyer ready to drive an hour to go see the car immediately, saying he will be paying cash for it? Either way this morning I get up, print the paperwork(still have it, in fine print say you have to have a print out the ad to get that price) I get there few minutes after they open, driving from Daytona. I ask to see the car looking to buy it. They have my info from the guy I talked to last night. Guy walks with me to look for it, we don't see it immediately, so he says, well let me go in and get the keys. Magically the keys aren't there. Guy goes to look through paperwork, nothing is showing that it was sold yesterday or today, asks a manager or something if he knows what happened to it... Guy says, ohh that Red Cherokee? We sold it days ago... I asked why then when I called about 14 hours ago before you closed last night, it was here still for sale, and the guy "went out personally to check the interior color" His response... "I don't know... we aren't a Bait and switch operation but my salesman is versed in our inventory if you would like to go check it out..." I cut him off and asked if he had an 99-04 Cherokees, he said no, and I said "well looks like I am driving back to Daytona then, thanks..." I don't mind they hadn't taken their ad down even though it sold... But when I called like their ad says, they say its there and to come on by, I get there and its not. It wasn't sold while I drove, it was sold days earlier? I am starting to doubt it even existed... Only car they have with no Photo? Its a little bit of a deal... They also point blank lied to me... I was told "I went out and checked the interior personally" and "It sold days ago.... but while you are here...." So what other lies do they have? I know dealers will fib, but jesus... More

Our salesman, Flavio, was very customer service oriented, polite and knowledgeable. He was not pushy or aggressive and it was a pleasure to do business with him and Greenway Dodge.
