Positives for this deal ship are limited to the salesperson Floyd thank you. You kept in touch and you found the car we wanted. Now for the ugly - even though we were apparently charged $1900 salesperson Floyd thank you. You kept in touch and you found the car we wanted. Now for the ugly - even though we were apparently charged $1900 for the “detailing” the car was not detailed. The gave us no spare key even tho we gave them the spare key for out trade , no caps on the valve stems of all four tires , no detailing on the outside nor inside the car. Management doesn’t care apparently. Also we transferred the tag and instead of renewing for another year our tag expires in March this year. Also on our trade they didn’t pay it off immediately so I took a hit on my credit for a late payment. The lack of attention to details by this dealer is breathtaking. Their fees are the highest I’ve personally have ever seen. ridiculous. Based on my experience I would never buy a car there again and I’m definitely stressed over having to get to service dept for anything. We returned a couple days later because we were told they would work on removing a few stains on the clear coat . Not only did they not remove the stains they wasted another 2 hours of our day and did absolutely nothing to the car. The service dept are clowns. And all This was WITH an appointment. In my opinion, go somewhere else. Ps- and don’t ask the manager there Pedro or whatever his name is for anything, even something as small as a spare key, the answer will be a resounding NO. They’re not interested and seem to be working even against their own salespeople. Again the entirely of this review is my opinion based on our recent experience with this dealer. Results and experiences will always vary so do your own research. More
