In as much as I have purchased my last Cadillac at Heritage, I knew the quality I was going to receive. I contacted the dealarship and Fran called me back quickly. I explained that I did not want to spend all day there negotiating a purchase. She took my requirements and within 30 mins she called me back with a deal completed. She told me that if I made an appointment she would have me in and out with all papers signed in less than 2 hours. She did exactly what was promised, took time with my wife to explain the cars features. There is a reason I go back to Heritage Cadillac for all my service and purchasing. The customer service is the best in the business and I would recommend them to all. More
