My family has bought 5 Lexus vehicles over the years and always had very pleasant experiences. JM Lexus and Palm Bch dealers are awesome. At Pembroke Lexus I was never even offered a glass of water for 3 ho always had very pleasant experiences. JM Lexus and Palm Bch dealers are awesome. At Pembroke Lexus I was never even offered a glass of water for 3 hour visit. Left alone in a back room cube most of the time. Zero explanation of new car features or operation. I asked to have my phone connected at least I got that help. For $60K I was not expecting to get only one key with vehicle. Finance officer was very polite and professional. In summary not a bad experience but in my opinion NOT a Lexus experience like other dealers provide More
