The most helpful and responsive product specialist I have ever had the opportunity to do business with. We have driven different Lexus for over 25 years course I always dealt with the same Fleet Manager at t ever had the opportunity to do business with. We have driven different Lexus for over 25 years course I always dealt with the same Fleet Manager at the same dealership for that time. We moved to Cape Coral late 2023. About 4 weeks ago I started checking around for the new RX350h. I went in to the local dealership and called every dealer from Sarasota, Tampa down to Miami. No one could get this car in the ext color and interior I wanted. I stumbled on to PEMBROKE Pines Lexus and I will admit the salesman I spoke with on the phone said he needed to call me back. That never happened. A few days later I called him and he explained Francesca would call me . Later She called and from that call on and 16 text and 21 emails she found the car that everyone else said doesn’t exist yet SHE found it. We are picking it up next week. The sales manager was very helpful in working out a fair price when no one else would negotiate the price. In my opinion if you want a new Lexus save your time and deal with Francesca. R.S More
