Sales Person Francesca not to helpfull. Finance person Simon Mr. 32 years in finance poorly service. I purchased a car for a price of 38k, and I traded my car for a value of 24k. Now my new purchased is 33k. 😑😑 Then after a almost 2 weeks of purchased the light of the sensor come on, I call the sales person and tell me to bring it in, so I did. They wanted to charged me $1200 for the sensors, stating that I changed the tires prior me bringing the car. So inmaging that!! And the manager could not do anything he said! Worst experience, I normally buys cars, but first time in Lexus of Pembroke Pines. Will never go back. I'll continue with CARMAX OR ACURA OF PEMBROKE PINES. More

We arrived to Lexus without an appt to review what options we had for our lease agreement which was set to expire this year. We were welcomed by Zee and Francesca who greeted and led us to Zee office. Zee took the time to understand what vehicle we were currently in and what we were looking for in a new vehicle. Once we narrowed down our options he took the time to show us the vehicle options and walk us through the differences of our current versus new vehicle. The toughest part of purchasing a vehicle is negotiating price to stay within our budget and he did a tremendous job. Not only did he understand what we wanted he worked it out with the manager to get us the best deal. I am thankful for his hard effort and transparency through the whole process. Thank you also to Francesca who assisted us with the turnover process. We are staying with the Lexus family for another lease term! I highly recommend Lexus in Pembroke Pines and Zee as the sales advisor to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
