When I arrived at the dealership, Sam greeted me immediately and all of his attention was on me from that point. Once I decided I wanted to move forward with purchasing a Silverado, I let Sam know immediately and all of his attention was on me from that point. I told him I would need to come back to finish the process. He said “no, we can get it done.” He and the team were able to get everything completed before I had to leave, and they delivered the truck to my house a couple hours later.
