The purchase of the vehicle was great that sells men in management was awesome. They gave us a great deal. They triggered a really well. The only issue is we know. For about 10 days, I've ran into some issues with the admission control. Where we had to spend another $1000 to keep it running. But I understand buying a used vehicle. Some times issues come up. But overall sells and delivery was great. More

I'm not typically one to call out businesses, but wanted to share our recent experience with Corwin Toyota of Bellevue in hopes of preventing others from having to go through what we are dealing with. W to share our recent experience with Corwin Toyota of Bellevue in hopes of preventing others from having to go through what we are dealing with. We purchased a used SUV for our 16 year old last week. We asked to see the full multipoint inspection report before purchasing and everything was checked as being in great condition. We purchased it and were told we had 30 days to decide on which warranty plan we wanted to go with so planned to take a few days to weigh the options before deciding. Within 2 days of getting it home we had to bring it I back to the dealership because the engine light came on. The service department noted several things that needed to be done to repair it, totaling $4000 in repair costs (we had driven it less than 50 miles). Upon arguing with them that the inspection report showed everything was in good working order, we were told that they are not responsible for their service department missing things during the inspection. After spending 6 hours at the dealership trying to rectify the situation with their sales manager, we have had to escalate it to the general manager and are now being ignored after trying to contact them several times and leaving multiple messages. Do not buy from this dealership!! Pass it on! More

Not interested in keeping a customer! I've been with Corwin since I leased my 2022 RAV4 in February 2022. Love the car, but the service has recently become unbearable. Tried to contact Mr. Borts to talk about the issues I've encountered with some of his employees and he has not had the courtesy to return my calls. So, from now on my service for this vehicle and purchases of future Toyotas will be done through Baxter Toyota. More

WOW! What a terrible business! We spent the morning test driving. We told them we wanted to buy it. Another couple walked in to look at the car. They What a terrible business! We spent the morning test driving. We told them we wanted to buy it. Another couple walked in to look at the car. They said we had right of first refusal because we were there first. After we agreed upon price and filled out the credit app. The manager came over and let us know the couple that came in was willing to pay $4k more then the price we had already agreed upon. I would need to up my price or he was selling it to them. Unbelievable! What happened to right of first refusal? What happened to the agreed upon price! He said he has to chase the dollars! I said this is really bad business, you want to ruin a relationship of $4k! We walked out! I will NEVER EVER BE BACK!!! BAD Business!!!!! More
