Francisco is the real deal. I was skeptical and wary (who isn't of car salesmen) because the price he offered was stellar. The purchasing process, paperwork etc, was quick and efficient and low pressure. Volvo Santa Monica offices are zen, spacious and full of light, and though I worried that SM might be too slick, all the folks working there were down to earth and just plain nice. What I liked the most there was no slick Los Angeles attitude (the opposite of a dealership in the Valley who were a bit too cool for school and made me feel like they were doing me a favor) and everything was handled in a professional, transparent and timely manner. I was also able to trade in my car - Francisco took the time to double check my car while we were waiting on paperwork and found the garage door opener that I forgot to remove. Honestly, I was really so taken aback by how calm, nice and genuine (I keep using that word but we all know that it is rare to find decent, genuine sales people) Francisco turned out to be and bottom line, I got the exact car I wanted at a STELLAR price from a great guy and great dealership. Believe me, I'm a skeptical, tough middle aged consumer who has learned to expect less (and hopes for more) and Francisco exceeded my expectations. Truly, look no further and get your Volvo here bec Francisco and SM Volvo are excellent across the board on the deal, the transparency and the ease in which to buy the car. More
