The warranty period on my car has ended but I still go back to Volvo Cars Santa Monica because it is alwys a good experience. I recently brought my car in for service at Volvo Cars Santa Monica, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The maintenance was incredibly thorough and efficient, and the team paid attention to every detail. They even cleaned the interior so well that the car honestly felt brand new when I got it back. I also want to especially thank Robert Munoz for his professionalism and kindness. After I left, he proactively contacted me to let me know that I had accidentally left my wallet at the dealership. Realizing it was safe there immediately gave me so much peace of mind. That level of honesty and care really means a lot. More

I have a 100,000 mile warranty on my Volvo XC60 and when I came in to do a service that should be covered under my warranty, I was dennied the coverage and had to pay out of pocket. I did reach out to Volvo corporate to express my fustration. I hope they able to reverse my charge for the service. More
