Francisco Arias was a blessing. I had not bought a new car in almost two decades. I live a on the coast and the whole thing was done by telephone. When my 2016 all electric Ford Fo I had not bought a new car in almost two decades. I live a on the coast and the whole thing was done by telephone. When my 2016 all electric Ford Focus arrived Francisco called to tell me he was standing right beside it, can't tell you how reassuring that was. He helped me explore my new adventure in transportation and got me off for the 81 mile trip home with all the information I needed to find a charging station along the way and get my "butterfly's" topped up. Where my experience went south was when we began to work with financing. I was asked how much per month I wanted to pay. Then quoted $100 more than that. When I asked what interest % that quote was based on, I got the run-around: "...this is what we figured out but your payment will most likely be less than that..." OK, but what % is this based on? Again, I the finance person & the Octavio the manager avoided answering my question & continued to say: "Your payment will likely be less, maybe even far less. . ." Seriously ? you can't tell me what interest % you are basing your quote on??? How unprofessional is that & what is the logic? and at that point I knew I was being given the runaround. By this time I had spent THREE HOURS with them. I apologized to Jeremy for losing my business and I left. Within minutes Jeremy called me apologizing for the runaround I received and gave me 2 realistic quotes based upon local credit union %'s that were available & explained final approval would have to wait until my credit rating was ran. OK then, this was acceptable. I returned the next day & purchased a vehicle, ONLY because I wanted to work with Jeremy & give him our commission. I would purchase another vehicle from Jeremy (if he works elsewhere because he appeared to be the ONLY honest & motivated person at Skyline Ford. I will not return to Skyline on Commercial to purchase another vehicle, unless I hear from someone they have changed the way they treat customers. More

I strolled in 15 minutes before closing with my 2 year old son who was exhausted Last Sunday, I Purchased my new C-Max from Francisco at skyline Ford. I strolled in 15 minutes before closing with my 2 year old son who was exhausted after a full 2 days of car shopping. After helping me find the right C-max, we did all of the paperwork in their waiting room which is set up great for kids. Francisco even played with my son as I signed. I couldn't have asked for a better Salesman. They stayed open 2 hours late for us, and EVERYONE was very friendly and understanding of a very very bored kid :) Thank you! -Allen Cunningham More
