I brought my GLE 350 because of a shaky steering wheel after only 9,700 miles. The treatment I received from Francisco Esteves was exceptional, definitely above and beyond normal. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! DON’T EVER BUY AT MERCEDES. It’s been such a hustle for us between engine fails and electric damage. We have a A220 2021 Mercedes Benz. it’s hard to believe that they recently rep been such a hustle for us between engine fails and electric damage. We have a A220 2021 Mercedes Benz. it’s hard to believe that they recently replaced the cylinder of a Literally brand-new car. My commute between Miami and Delray Beach, and, in several occasions, I have had to call Road side Assitance. Tedious waits with no answers from Mercedes Benz financial and Mercedes Benz customer care. I asked for a shuttle car ( in both locations Coral Gables and Delray Beach dealerships) every time my car has gone through service repairs, however, their response is “ we don’t have a shuttle,” I’ve been covering the transportation expenses out-of-pocket l, plus still paying my lease.
