Outstanding service in both their Sales and Service departments!! Their Sales person helped me pick the right SUV to meet my needs and due to a disfunction with the gas gauge their Service replaced th departments!! Their Sales person helped me pick the right SUV to meet my needs and due to a disfunction with the gas gauge their Service replaced the sensor and is working great! I had a completely positive experience purchasing a used car at Midway. This was the first time I'd ever bought a car at a dealership of any kind, and the people who worked with me could not have been more car at Midway. This was the first time I'd ever bought a car at a dealership of any kind, and the people who worked with me could not have been more considerate and helpful. Big shoutout especially to Sales Consultant Francisco Reyes Flores, who walked me through the whole process and even picked me up at the commuter train station on the day I traveled to Midway (an hour from my home) to pick up my car. Everyone I communicated with at Midway was polite and respectful -- it was not at all a stereotypical 'used-car-lot' experience. I love the car I bought, and received a followup message from the dealership to make sure I was satisfied. Altogether a very positive experience! More

Dealership was alright, but highly disappointed with the fact my purchase didn’t come with a second key fob! The salesman assured me that the service department could provide a second key fob at a price of fact my purchase didn’t come with a second key fob! The salesman assured me that the service department could provide a second key fob at a price of $3-400 dollars! But when I tried to get one, I was informed they couldn’t do it! So now, a different dealership wants a$1,000 dollars for a key fob! Very disappointed!! More
