This would be a 5 star review if it was based on Sales Rep alone. Bill K. was very pleasant to work with. They never told me I had to replace the rotors, said the brakes were at 8mm and were actually at 6mm. The oil plug was not on tight so I got home to a oil leak in my drive way and there was no apology offered. They chipped my side mirror and said they didn't know anything about it. Still wish I had a 2nd key fob. I bought a warranty that allows you to take the vehicle to any service center, so I will let me guys take care of further issues. All in all happy with my 2019 BMW 540i. More

Vehicle had a mouse nest in the airbox, and on top of the hood liner. I cleaned it myself, and told the sales rep. Sent him pictures. Also had to come back to get a sticker.
