Dealership was alright, but highly disappointed with the fact my purchase didn’t come with a second key fob! The salesman assured me that the service department could provide a second key fob at a price of fact my purchase didn’t come with a second key fob! The salesman assured me that the service department could provide a second key fob at a price of $3-400 dollars! But when I tried to get one, I was informed they couldn’t do it! So now, a different dealership wants a$1,000 dollars for a key fob! Very disappointed!! More

I had a great experience! ! Francisco was so informative on the vehicles and knew exactly what I was looking for. The finance process was quick and I was explained in detail ! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Horrible communication to the point of flat out lying. I can’t tell if it was incompetence or just being rude and untruthful. If you are not on top of them, you won’t even get information about what is going on with the vehicle you purchased and you will wait far longer then necessary to pick it up. And the 60 day warranty that they have to uphold is a joke. If you need something, be prepared to wait multiple weeks for a part that another dealer can get in 24 hours. I would not recommend this place to anyone and after this experience, I will certainly not be going back. More
