Outstanding service in both their Sales and Service departments!! Big shoutout especially to Sales Consultant Francisco Reyes Flores, who walked me through the whole process and even picked me up at the commuter train station on the day I traveled to Midway (an hour from my home) to pick up my car. Everyone I communicated with at Midway was polite and respectful -- it was not at all a stereotypical 'used-car-lot' experience. I love the car I bought, and received a followup message from the dealership to make sure I was satisfied. Altogether a very positive experience! More

Dealership was alright, but highly disappointed with the fact my purchase didn’t come with a second key fob! The salesman assured me that the service department could provide a second key fob at a price of fact my purchase didn’t come with a second key fob! The salesman assured me that the service department could provide a second key fob at a price of $3-400 dollars! But when I tried to get one, I was informed they couldn’t do it! So now, a different dealership wants a$1,000 dollars for a key fob! Very disappointed!! More
