2020 CX30 back hatch not working 24k miles refused to fix after found problem through codes. Said FOB battery was replaced, was not. Several times promised to call, never did. Now at 46k miles Mazda bumper t after found problem through codes. Said FOB battery was replaced, was not. Several times promised to call, never did. Now at 46k miles Mazda bumper to bumper warranty refuse to fix. Wasted 5 months trying to get it fixed, broken promises. The entire service department witnessed and saw trunk not open same day it was supposedly fixed. Popped open while driving. Service staff all tried to open it said I needed a new battery paid around $300 for new battery and they said that was the issue… clearly not, brought it straight back that’s when service members saw it was still not fixed. Scheduled appointments but they didn’t have loaner. I gave up and we now just open and close manually. Never an apology or desire to fix per Mazda warranty. Then tried blaming us for not using the buttons correctly to open and close the automatic trunk opener… WTHeck? Guess not buying the CX50 after this disappointing experience. More
