Joey in Service was very professional to include the technician that was going to do the work. needed my daughter headlights restored on here Envoy as it was getting very bad at night with the light out technician that was going to do the work. needed my daughter headlights restored on here Envoy as it was getting very bad at night with the light output. Had this service done on my CX9 in the past and had reach out to them and said no problem. scheduled a appointment and was done as promised. it was a night and day difference. me and my daughter were very pleased with the work. They let me go with a nail in my tire and low tire pressure after asking Dumb to check my tires because I’ve been losing pressure. So after a couple weeks I had to call back to get a new tire. It took them an hour and a half to change one tire.When I asked why the man said because we have to make a full inspection of your vehicle because one of our customers left with bad suspension which caused the crash which caused the drivers to die. If that’s true how could he let me leave with a nail in my tire was low tire pressure I could’ve also die More

Took time to listen to concerns. Was given a nice Mazda3 sedan as a loaner so we could go about my day as the fix time was 3hrs. Known airbag malfunction has not come back. SERVICE APPT: Very friendly, but didn't come in to find me. Said would take 1 hr for oil change and tire rotation. I checked after 1.5 hours and they said it was done, why didn't they come and find me? Als me. Said would take 1 hr for oil change and tire rotation. I checked after 1.5 hours and they said it was done, why didn't they come and find me? Also, said they used 0W-20 oil, but the receipt said 5W-30, they said that was wrong when I asked. My owner's manual says to cross the back tires to the front when rotating, they don't do that. My tires can run either way, not sure why they don't follow the standard. More
