On July 5, 1995 Ferman Motor Car Company celebrated the 100th Anniversary of its foray into the transportation business when Fred Ferman bought out his partner, and became sole owner of Tampa Cycle Company.

The issue was, door was not closing smoothly, they took
it inside and fixed it and we paid and we were told that it is fixed and we came home and see that it is not fixed. It is still not closing smoothly.
