He invited us to join him at his desk and then spent effort and time to explain the cars of our interest. We even took a ride...and four hours later, we came home with our new Elantra. "Cheaper than cell phone plan". I never received instruction on handling the interior features or much else aside from color and price. And I really liked my prior 2014 car, to be told I'd be paying double to buy it sounds ridiculous. I'miss extremely unsatisfied and promise this will be my last lease with Lester Glenn Hyundai. I take ownership for not taking a stand sooner and leaving but when we do purchase our next car it will not be from here. I feel if you can't stand behind your deal for 3 days that doesn't give me confidence in next 3 years. Which is a real shame considering my past 20 years of driving hyundais. More
