down to earth salesman Frank was so helpful from the moment I pulled into the parking lot. He was nice enough to help me find a parking spot since it was pretty packed. He offered something to drink or eat (amazing popcorn machine inside) as we began to go over my options. He was upfront about my situation from the very beginning since I was in another dealerships lease with over 54,000 miles in overage miles. He did everything in his power to get me the best deal and I truly appreciate it. Most car salesmen wouldn't take the time to try and get me the best deal I can for an almost lost cause but he did. In the end he was able to get me out of my old car and into a new 2017 Sonata. I highly recommend Frank if your going to trade-in and buy a new vehicle!! More

Great experience with Frank! Frank was the first to approach us during what was clearly a busy time at the dealership. He took the time to come and introduce himself, ask what we were looking for and directed us to our selections while he was finishing up with his customers. We later had a choice to wait for him to finish his sale or meet with another salesman. We chose to wait for Frank. It ended up being a very late night, however, it was absolutely worth it. Although it was very late in the day Frank never rushed us with the decision process. He continued to be professional and guide us as with our requests. We did end up leasing with him and again, with the late hour, he still went above and beyond to show us all of the features of the car. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase/lease a car to see Frank!! More

They are not pushy, but they keep things moving so you're not stuck there all day. They know how to treat a repeat customer, too. And they never seemed annoyed or rushed in answering questions. More

First Lease I had a very unpleasant experience in October :( when I walked into the dealership to learn about the end of lease options. Instead of informing my of the process both the sales person and manager had me sit there over 4 hours making me feel like I owed the dealership and they were doing me a favor. Ha! Lester Glenn is not the only deal in town. Stop jerking people around!!! After speaking with Taylor and then Stephanie I agreed to enter the dealership 1 last time. Therefore this survey reflects my experience in February. I'm happy to report that Sal Jr. & Frank made this a rather smooth and transparent experience. I told Frank I would give him and Sal Jr. a call in 2years 10 months becuase I refuse to deal with anyone else at this point. More
