I typically hate the leasing process ... ... but Lester Glenn in Toms River is beginning to change this experience for me. From start to finish, they were pros--knowledgable, not pushy and ex ... but Lester Glenn in Toms River is beginning to change this experience for me. From start to finish, they were pros--knowledgable, not pushy and extremely customer focused. This is probably my eighth or ninth lease (first at Lester Glenn) and it was by far the smoothest and most relaxing I've ever endured. I'd highly recommend Frank Acquaviva on the sales side. He seemed to epitomize the culture at Lester Glenn, and was a great fit for the type of salesman we were seeking Overall, thrilled by Lester Glenn, and hope to continue this business relationship again in three years. My salesperson Frank A. and Al M, from the Finance Department are two individuals who exude professionalism and compassion to an activity (purchasing a vehicle) that is not always viewed as a pleasant one. This is my second time leasing a vehicle at this dealership, and I will continue to come here. Frank deserves special recognition for going above and beyond when I remembered two days later after leasing a new car, that I left two items in my old vehicle (these items were very special to me). I contacted Frank about these items, and he was able to get to and put them aside for me. Everybody whom I came into contact with the day of my second lease was very friendly and attentive.
