And was a gracious host As well as concerned about our buying needs. He took his time to make sure that we were pleased with our product. He had us test drive 5 or 6 cars to make sure we were satisfied. He explained the many fin feature on our sonata and took us to your service area and introduced us to your service rep. He brought us back to his desk and introduced us to his Sa,les mgr Frank. After hosting us to a snack and coffee or tea he worked out the paper work. When our terms were negotiated he took me to the finance dept where I met Al who handled the financing. Not one of the fine men I met at your dealership was anything but respectful to me or my wife. It truly was a pleasure doing business with you. Courtesy and dignity are the key to a business Revelations ship. My car was ready for me 3-4 hours after I walked in. Thanks to Frank(s), my experience was relaxing I went to Lester Glenn Hyundai because my current lease is over at the end of December and I was interested in leasing another vehicle. I was extremely nervous/hesitant to do so because I recently started a job where I commute 140 miles a day. Leasing + high mileage is not the way I thought was best to go. I came to Hyundai very nervous, upset, and unsure about what decision I should make regarding purchasing a vehicle with such a long commute. Frank A. and Frank S. put me at ease about my decision to lease a Hyundai Elantra. They took their time explaining to me all of the options I had (i.e., leasing, financing, or buying used) and calculating what my most cost effective option would be - which to my surprise turned out to be leasing. They let me take the car home overnight to see if I really liked it, and the next day I decided to lease the Elantra. They gave me a fantastic deal and I couldn't be more happy with my decision. Thank you Frank A. and Frank S. for putting up with my million questions and indecisiveness, and for positively changing my opinion about cars salesmen.
