We met Frank on a very rainy night and when we told Frank what we were looking for he brought us to two models and my daughter and I picked one and we took a test drive. At that moment I was put at ease and the thought of haggling with a salesperson left my mind. We made arrangements to come back when the weather was better and again there was no pressure from Frank. He answered my questions and was very helpful to me. Needless to say the paperwork process went smoothly Thanks to both Frank and Brian and in three days from the time I went looking for a car, I was in my 2012 Hyundai Tucson. Car buying can be uncomfortable and intimidating, but Frank did an amazing job making it exciting and stress-free. He showed me every feature of the car, and knew the answer to every question I had regarding both the car and the buying process. I also had a very great experience with Sam Casiano in the Finance department. Both gentlemen worked hard to get everything done quick so we didn't have to spend too much time waiting.
