No pressure Great Overall experience My wife and I walked into the dealership, and were greeted with friendly hellos. At that point, we knew we were at the type of dealership that we wan My wife and I walked into the dealership, and were greeted with friendly hellos. At that point, we knew we were at the type of dealership that we wanted to work with. The showroom was buzzing with activity. We had never been to a dealership that was so busy. Soon Ron Garguilo, one of the sales managers, came over and told us that Frank Acquaviva would be our sales rep and would be over to speak with us in a few minutes. Frank drove around with the 2014 Sonata that we would eventually buy, and went through all of the safety features of the car, and explained some of the optional workings that were part of this car as well. Frank really knew everything about the car. When it came time to settle on an agreeable price, Frank and Ron were upfront with everything and made the whole experience stress free. After we closed the deal, we worked with Sam Casiano, and he was totally different than any financial manager that we have ever worked with. He too handled the entire transaction in a friendly and professional manner. We would definitely recommend buying your next Hyundai from Lester Glenn. More

The second we entered the dealership Frank greeted us and offered his help. He took us outside to show us the cars and explain all the details of the sonata model. Frank really spent quality time with us to help us find the best situation for us. I have for over 20 years purchased or leased cars. I can tell you it usually is something I really dread and have never had a good experience. Until now with Frank. He did such an amazing job. My parents leased on Memorial Day weekend. Frank told them to call anytime and since their purchase my mom has had to call Frank with questions. He always takes the call and is very helpful and makes her feel like she is no trouble. He is by far the best and the dealership is so lucky to have him. I will be recommending the dealership to many people. Including myself who's family has been driving hondas. Mike was great in the financing. As I read EVERYTHING he waited patiently, and answered questions, again without making me feel rushed. Frank reviewed everything about my new vehicle with me. Had no reason to trade the car in we love it, but wanted to hear some details. While waiting for the car I saw Frank and sat down with him. He was kind enough to explain it and before you know it we were making a deal for a trade in for a brand new 2014 Elantra. He made it simple, no pressure and we chatted about vacation and family.
